My Experience with Sephora Collection Lightening and Moisturizing Job’s Tears Invisilk Mask:
The packaging of the sheet mask is nice and attractive. The mask comes in a white-colored plastic packet and bears the detailing in silver fonts. This plastic packet comes housed in a white colored cardboard folder like packaging. The entire product-related information is printed on the outer cardboard packaging. The sheet mask pouch bears the usage instructions. The packaging is overall nice, sleek and travel friendly.
The sheet mask is white in color and has cut outs for eyes, nose and lips like other sheet masks. The size of the mask is large enough and covers my face entire face nicely. The mask is made up of soft and thin cloth, similar to cotton. The cloth is delicate and deeply infused with the serum. The mask fits very nicely on the face and does not slip off even if I do my work or move around. So, I easily keep doing my work with this sheet mask on my face. The mask holds the serum nicely and has nice absorbency. Therefore, the serum does not drip from the mask and hence is mess free. I prefer keeping this sheet mask for about 15-20 minutes to allow it dry out completely. This one has a pleasing smell. The fragrance is a blend of floral and citrus kind of fragrance. The smell is very refreshing and lingers for as long as I keep the mask on my face and later on it fades away gradually.
The serum gets absorbed into the skin almost completely and then I massage the left-out serum into the skin. I have slightly combination skin and this mask suits my skin well. It does not make my skin greasy. It is not sticky and feels comfortable on the skin. It does not cause any tingling or irritation on my sensitive skin. It makes my skin plump and bright. The mask is really nourishing. It deeply moisturizes my skin, removing every bit of dryness from my face.
My skin stays hydrated for hours after using this sheet mask. I have been travelling a lot these days and because of it, I cannot follow my proper skin care routine. This sheet mask made my skin look lively and better. The effects of the sheet mask lasts for one day only. This product claims to lighten skin but I really could not observe any lightening or brightening of my skin. It only moisturizes the skin and does not give any extraordinary results.
