Here I am with another flattering lip product from Sephora Collection. Whether I’m looking for a new colour, a new formula, or a new lip product, I find myself rushing towards the Sephora Collection counter. The products from this range don’t break the bank like other high-end brands, after all. I was looking for a red lipstick, so I purchased this Sephora Collection Rouge Cream Lipstick R47 Belle, which is an amazing blend of red and orange. So, let’s see how this one fared for me.

My Experience with Sephora Collection Rouge Cream Lipstick R47 Belle:
Packaging:
This lipstick arrives in the traditional matte black packaging with a color-coded base. It really works to just sneak at the base and grab the desired lipstick shade. The brand name is engraved at the bottom, giving it a chic look.
Texture:
It’s a very hydrating formula that feels comfortable on the lips. The texture is neither too creamy nor too matte. There is a light fruity fragrance to the lipstick.
Shade:
It creates the prettiest lips – creamy, shiny, flirty and fun. The shade really brightens up the face. Hence, it is a good red to consider for yellow undertones. The colour is quite bold to pull off for newcomers, though.
Lasting Power:
After swiping on 2 layers in the morning, I rarely find myself going for any touch-ups. It easily survives one heavy meal.
I love the classic twist-up lippies as they are comfortable to carry around. This creamy-matte lipstick coats the lips with a bold colour and gives a long-lasting wear with luxe comfort. The colour reminds me of Colorbar Take Me as I am Lipcolor Sensuous Red, which is a cheaper dupe of this shade.
I don’t feel a need of priming and hydrating my lips prior using, but I do need a matching lip liner for creating sculpted lips for sure. It is seriously long-lasting, glides smoothly and is easy to work with. It’s matte, but it doesn’t crack at all. It makes your lips look smooth and even.
