Today, I’m going to be reviewing one of my current favorite eyeshadows that I’ve been using for the past one week. This eyeshadow is from the “Colorful”range of Sephora eyeshadows in Shade #N 03.
This eyeshadow is a pearlescent, silky, plum color with a mermaid-green undertone. It works a duo-chrome as well. It appears as a beautiful silky green when applied on a black base. It has an amazing texture, super silky, glides on like a dream and blends amazingly.
The packaging is super sturdy (my eyeshadow has survived four falls already).
This eyeshadow can be used both wet and dry. When applied wet, the color lasts longer on the eyelids. However, there’s no drastic change in the color/vibrancy of the eyeshadow since it is so pigmented that even when applied dry, it looks the same. I love the fact that these eyeshadows don’t need a primer. They don’t crease one bit, stay all day long and don’t need any re-application.
My favorite part of this eye shadow is how pearlescent it is. It is two different shades at different angles of lighting, absolutely love it!
Here are the eyeshadow swatches; from left to right – without an eyeshadow base and with an eyeshadow base. You can see how the eyeshadow base doesn’t affect the eyeshadow one bit since it is so pigmented!
