I recently came across one at Sephora in Paris and decided to pick it up. Today’s review is all about Sephora Exfoliating Face Disc. Read on to know more.

My Experience with Sephora Exfoliating Face Disc:

The face disc comes in a resealable sachet. The packaging is pretty simple and there is some information on the yellow piece in it. The disc comes in 3 colours: green, pink and white. I preferred the white one over the other two.

The disc is made of silicon and is very thin and feels rubbery. The exfoliating disc is oval shaped and has silicone spikes on 1/3rd of the top and bulged dots on the rest. The bulged spikes are soft and smooth on the skin and do not cause any abrasions.

The suction cup behind makes it easier to stick it to the mirror or walls in your bathroom. I like this idea as it is easier to hang it and use when needed. The suction cup also helps in holding the disc between your fingers for better usage.

The product is pretty easy to use. You can use your cleanser on top of the disc and massage on the face. The disc helps in foaming up the cleanser and it almost feels feather soft when massaging. The scrub gently exfoliates the face, and once you wash off, you can instantly see fresh and radiant skin.

The disc also helps in cleaning the pores and gives a thoroughly cleansed face. The disc feels very gentle to be an exfoliator but it eliminates the dead skin very easily. However, it doesn’t remove any black or white heads. Considering that it is very gentle, it is perfect for daily use.

I use this exfoliator in the night for application of my rose hip oil. I use a konjac sponge in the morning and for the night routine I apply a few drops of rose hip oil after cleansing my face and massage using this disc. I have had amazing results with the disc. The blood circulates well and it gives a fresh, glowing skin in the morning.

I love the alternate use of the exfoliating disc. But, it has to be thoroughly washed after usage. Overall, I am in love with this product and it can be a perfect exfoliator, cleanser and massager!
