Shiseido Ultimune Eye Power Infusing Eye Concentrate Review

Hi everyone,

Shiseido’s ultimune power infusing concentrate has been a very popular serum for years now and continuing with the success of their ultimune line, Shiseido launched their eye serum. This eye serum claims to be a pre-treatment that helps in strengthening the delicate skin around the eyes and reduces the appearance of dark circles, wrinkles and other signs of ageing. I bought this to hydrate my under eye area and reduce the appearance of dark circles.

My Experience with Shiseido Ultimune Eye Power Infusing Eye Concentrate:

The Eye Concentrate comes housed in a reflective red bottle with a pump dispensing mechanism. The name of the brand and product is mentioned in the front of the bottle and the rest of the details are mentioned on the back side of the bottle. Shiseido ultimune eye power infusing eye concentrate is a very light gel-like fluid which is supposed to be applied before your eye cream and moisturiser. I generally like to apply this over my lids also, so in total, I use one pump and it is enough for both the eyes. Shiseido ultimune eye power infusing concentrate absorbs quickly and makes your under eye area hydrated and soft instantly.

It also smells beautiful, it has a mild rosy fresh scent which takes a while to fade away. I apply this before applying my Charlotte tilbury eye cream and honestly, I don’t feel much of a difference, I get the same hydration, which I was getting when I used Charlotte’s eye cream, it was just an additional step in my skincare regime. It’s been almost a month and I also haven’t seen much of a difference to my dark circles. One thing that you have to be careful is that you don’t press the pump too hard else you would end up wasting the product. Overall, I am not too impressed with the Shiseido ultimune eye power infusing concentrate, it’s not a game changer for me; it’s just an extra step to my skincare regime.
