Hi Girlies,

Okay, so this isn’t exactly the kind of “Show and Tell” question, but I got these pink jeans this weekend (pic attached) and this is my first non-standard colored jeans (except maybe a white one I wore when I was 14 or 15).  I need your help in deciding how to wear it so as to not look over the top! I need suggestions for the top, shoes, jewellery, makeup, etc., all!

Please help me for deciding the looks for three kind of occasions:

  • For a casual evening with friends.
  • As a party wear.
  • For a day of shopping with the girls.

I know all you ladies love dressing up, so I hope you will help me with this ! 😀

    1. thanks for ur tip 🙂 I did try it out with a white top with pink flowers/other patters…..i looked like a overfed barbie :/ But i like the puffed sleeve idea…maybe i’ll get one in black….(i tried with a normal black T shirt and black looks good…unexpectedly!)

Oopsi.. the jeans luks good… for the morning luk, u can pair it with a white summery off shoulder cotton top that has sleeves and wear a peach inner wear 😀 and accessorize it with a peach bag and flats.. its a cute summery look.. for the 9te look, u can top it with a subtle shimmery black shirt with black sparkly ballerina shoes and black bag… 🙂 and for a casual evening u can wear dark pink sneakers with dark pink tee.. 😛 hope this helps.. happy flaunting d jeans :pompom: :pompom:

  9. casual evening with friends. — White shirt with black peek-a-boo inners :giggle:
    date — Black dressy top, a simple silver/ white gold pendant locket and ear rings. Bright pink Lippie and nude eyes. I feel it wud b simple yet elegant
    Shopping with gals — floral printed tops. You can go for pink floral printed tops only.

  10. for a casual outing with friends – a bright coloured top, think ink blue and stacked thin bronze/matte gold bangles and nude pumps/kitten heels.

    for day shopping – white chikankari/linen top and a neon coloured(if printed, all the more better) sling bag soo that u have free hands to carry your shopping bags 😛 😛 pair with basic flats and chunky watch/necklace.

    for clubbing – black top (sequined if you think you can carry it off) pair with gold/bronze accessories and smokey eyes and n*de lips. hair up in a bouffant or loosely braided to a side.

  13. the basic white shirt look with big 70’s style sunglasses….looks classic
    for the funky look team with Neon colors- in plain or prints and keep accessories in tan /black..
    for formal- wear with a black cropped blazer and black ankle boots…
    for the subtle look- wear it with black top and accessorise with bright rings- in bright pink/green/blue…or a statement neckpiece…..

  14. For a day of shopping I’d say go with a slouchy top or tank in grey, pale blue or white and pair that with a nice oversized tote and bright coloured ballet flats or brown or beige brogues.

    You could switch the top for tucked a chiffon shirt in off white with a brown belt for a casual evening and a fail safe way to dress it up is some blingy sequins on a shrug, jacket or shirt, big necklace and sky high heels. Hope that helped 🙂

    For a casual evening with friends ..I’d say with nude wedges and a nude bag ! And a simple white blouse with a long chain necklace or even better,go monochromatic ! 😛
    For party wear..You could try an off shoulder top preferably white..or color block with any other pastel shade and wear matching stilettos and a neutral messenger bag
    For shopping..Flats firstly! Wear the simplest and comfiest top you have (We go to the trial rooms soo often :P) ..Its soo hot !!!

  17. Casual- white tee shirt with a little print in the front with smart big sunglasses, a white leather bag and some nude heels/ballet flats will look fantastic.

    Party- i would suggest a nice lacy deep dark brown top tucked in with a nice antique gold long necklace with a locket and some nude heels like mary janes or peep toes.

    Shopping- white shirtwith a nice oversized bag and some glam ballet flats in a bright color to add a pop like bright fushcia or dark purple.

  19. I think the best way is to team it up with a nude or white sheer shirt/blouse. And a thin belt + a nice watch+ a thin long neckpiece (with a pendant of your preference)! N real nice pumps! 🙂

  21. Hey Oopsiee… i know its been a long time since u posted this..i hope u get this..
    for a day tym look, like everyone else, i will also suggest white. but not a top bt a structured jacket in white.if you live in a hot place like Delhi, you can opt for a linen blazer. inside you can wear a black fitted top or even something like a bright orange (colour blocking!)

    you might disagree but i think that a pastel shade of pink like the one you posted will not be too good for a night out. however if you are looking at a hot pink shade, then probably a white or beige sequined top will do good. pair them with big studs and black clutch and soft eyes.
