So, I have already talked about my lovely experience with Sigma inner rim brighteners in my previous posts and today, I share another shade with all of you, and this one is one of my favorites 🙂 Oh yes, this peachy n*de creamy shade is all that you would need to create simple, “wide-awake look.” Read on for more details on Sigma Polished Inner Rim Brightener.

Ingredients:
Product Description: The Inner Rim Brightener is an instant eye enhancer. Any discoloration is tempered with these soft and creamy kohl liners. Smooth along the inner rim of the eye or use through the lower lash line for a brightening effect. The Inner Rim Brightener can also double as an inner eye and under the eyebrow highlighter when blended out with a brush. Paraben free.
My Experience with Sigma Polished Inner Rim Brightener:
The inner rim brightener comes in a sharpenable pencil packaging with a safety cap, housed nicely inside a cardboard packaging. Overall, other than the sharpening factor, I like this user-friendly and travel-friendly packaging.
This shade “Polished” is described as a peachy n*de for a soft brightening effect, which is true to its description, as it comes up way too soft and brightens up my sleepy eyes. I feel it is a universal shade that would complement every skin tone and every eye makeup. Similarly, there are endless options, to either pair it with heavy, smoky or light eye makeup or simply apply on waterline with generous mascara strokes to create “wide-awake” eye look.
Considering my pale yellow skin tone, I find this peachy n*de shade perfect to sport with my small eyes as it does not highlight my patchy yellowish cornea of eyes; in fact, it brightens up eyes, making them visibly big.
Talking about the texture, I am pretty impressed with its creamy yet firm texture, which does not tug on my waterline or lash line. It is good to see that it is not overtly creamy to melt or fade quickly off my eyes. It imparts an intense color payoff in 1-2 swipes and glides effortlessly on my inner rim as well as lash line.
I have never felt any overtly creamy, patchy or flaky finish with this liner. However, as I have watery eyes, it is a bit disappointing to see the wear time of 4-5 hours on my inner rim, though I should not complain as it is still better than a few products that I had tried earlier. Plus it never stings or irritates my sensitive eyes and we can anyway easily intensify the shade and staying power with touch ups.
I simply love these inner rim brighteners despite a few minor disappointments, and I would highly recommend these liners to everyone. Personally, I am hooked to these liners and would love to get them again, especially this particular shade, “Polished.”

- User friendly and travel-friendly packaging.
Cons of Sigma Polished Inner Rim Brightener:
- Staying power could have been better.
- Sharpening leads to wastage.
Well, I feel the staying power might be good for people with non-watery eyes unlike my watery eyes. Nevertheless, with a few touch-ups, it stays well.
