Her favourite scrub


She shares the recipes of her favourite scrubs through her social media accounts. She is a fan of coffee scrubs. Coffee grounds can be used to scrub away dead skin cells and, in return, they give an exceptionally glowing, soft and moisturised skin.

Cleansing routine

Amy is a huge fan of the cleansing-toning-moisturising routine. She is a believer in oil cleansing routine and thus trusts essential oils to keep her skin healthy and glowing. She believes that a light cleanser, toner and moisturiser are best for her dry and sensitive skin.

We all know that coconut water has a number of health and skin care benefits. Amy Jackson is a huge believer and lover of coconut water. She makes it a point to have a glass of coconut water every day.

Vitamin E

Amy believes in taking regular doses of Vitamin E. She takes it in the form of capsules as well as in the form of food products too. Also, she uses vitamin E capsules on her hair too.

Scrubbing routine

You might have read that regular scrubbing is not healthy for your skin but Amy doesn’t believe so. She scrubs five times a week.

Makeup Secrets:

On days when she is not shooting, she likes to apply a tinted moisturiser on her face. She uses cream blushes instead of powder ones. And she completes her look with a waterproof mascara, kohl and soft lip colour.

Workout Secrets:


She is extremely strict about her exercise routine. She never repeats or skips her workouts. She is a fan of weight training and mixes a bit of aerobics with it. On days when she is not exercising, she does swimming, yoga and dancing. Her tummy is mostly tight since childhood. She attributes this to horse riding which she has been doing since childhood.

Diet Secrets:


⦁ Amy is not extremely strict about her diet regime. But she likes to eat in moderate amount. ⦁ ⦁ She drinks a lot of water. She also drinks a glass of water with apple cider vinegar half an hour before every meal. This way she controls her cravings.
⦁ She begins her day with a glass of lemon water after which she swims for an hour every day. In the morning she eats scrambled eggs and porridge as her breakfast.
⦁ At lunch, she eats grilled fish/chicken, veggies and boiled potatoes.
⦁ Whereas for dinner, she consumes a bowl of soup with salads. She makes it a point to have her dinner by 7 pm. If she feels hungry in between then she takes some nuts.
