My everyday skin care products were looking quite messy from a few days so I just organized them today. Phew! Thought I’d share some pics.:)
I put every thing in a cane basket so that everything is handy. Every few days, I have to clean up a bit of dust that the bottles gather. I cleaned up my L’occtiane Body Butter jar and used it to store my cotton pads.
How do you store your day to day skin care products? 🙂

these are easily available just at any crockery store, shopper’s stop or lifestyle. 🙂
because of the dust thing , I used to categorize my skincare stuff, makeup stuff ,hair care stuff in separate zip pouches and stash them safely in the dressing table cabinet XD now I guess I should organise them a bit more on these lines..but then again convenience beats aesthetics..but then again ..okay.I`ll do it. 😛

i store mine in my locker, to save them from my bro! if I would use up a cream in 2 months, he’d use it up in 2 weeks…so i keep everything locked away from him….lol
the basket is cute…but yeah, delhi is so dusty these days*sneeze*, so mine are good in the locker…hehe

I keep my stuff on shelves in my bathroom, for convenience. They get super dusty but im just too lazy 😛 Because I dont have a dresser – my random day use products like deos and creams and ear buds are spread out on my bookshelves and in a little wooden tray on my bed side table, depending on when I use it. Like all night stuff is by my bed, morning stuff in the bathroom etc 😛 Convenience beats aesthetics !

Ohhh I have used the same way to organize. I keep stuff in different UT boxes only. 😛 so cool to know someone else does it too.
i have a transparent plastic basket where i keep my skin care products it looks neat and then a i took a transparent plastic tray and stick a full length mirror on the bottom of it and store my cute my perfumes……. my talc earnings and cotton pads in pretty glass bowls all placed on the mirror tray…..it gives me quite vintage and princess feeling

Wow! I am one of those ‘organizational freaks’ keep up d good work!! Maybe u cud have a cute lace cover over d basket to beat the dust problem?! I wanna do a write up on organizing too!!! Thats so true.. kids do away with almost everything. Yesterday morning I had to travel all of a sudden in like 5 mins.. I took my bag and leaped off towards the vehicle assuming bag would have necessary items for a day’s travel. Reached the guest house and discovered the bag was empty! Really.
And then I recollected that Tiya keeps fondling with my bag which is why I have started keeping it empty! 🙁 So Jomo.. give up the plans of organizing for a couple more years..
true! My stuff is hidden away in a drawer so that my son doesnt toss them arnd. Last week i found my body cream n lipstick hidden among his toys in the basket!! :-/

i love to organize my stuff every once in a while. :))
my skincare items are all over the dressing table and in the drawers below that and also some in the bathroom. i am kind of organized in a very disorganized way. I know that either its in this dump or that one :). for some reason my makeup and jewelry is very neatly organized in boxes and organizers.
hihihihih so far youa re able to find your things, I feel it’s okay. 😛 wow! do share a piccy. I am still struggling with my jewllery organization.let’s see when i find a way to organize them the way i want to. 🙂
sure sure..i love cleaning basically. weekend especially sat i always thopofy oil in my hair and start this whole cleaning. it scares me sometimes about how much stuff I have. but great idea you know. I have been wanting to show off my jewlery collection (fashion jewlery). will do a post soon.

Hey cool idea, but i just stash everything in a drawer in my cupboard, especially when Mom is visiting or she will be like what all are you using, why do you experiment etc :D. But I do use a a smaller yellow plastic tub to keep essentials like foot cream and lip balm and basic medicines etc to keep beside my bed coz once I am in bed I do not feel like getting up again to fetch some cream 😛
yeah i do keep vaseline next to my bed all the time. :)) Moms are all the same no.. adorable and cribby. hihihi

I am an organization freak myself..I too use cane baskets for organization coz they are very easy to carry around ..I have different baskets one each for my face cleansing stuff, hair care, body oils, hand n foot care , daily use sunscreens n moisturizers and night skin care.. I keep all my stuff in the bathroom which keeps the dust off for a longer time than on my dresser.
btw i would love to see your makeup organization Rati…

Rati.. I have a similar basket made from the famous cane of Andamans.. but I now use it for storing my baby’s toys! But yes, a very good idea.. I have a small bamboo basket that keeps my lipsticks safe.
And can you believe I have a basket that I made from newspaper..!! its quite sturdy and super cute and the best thing is I made it myself with the measurements that I wanted.. 😀

I organized my stuff this weekend only… 🙂 I used plastic shelves and sturdy cardboard boxes… It looks neat… and me happy.. 🙂

Looking at this post and reading all the comments made me feel very ashamed of myself! 😛
I just dump all my stuff in a HUGE old icecream tub and yes, it’s all in ziplocks too. And once a week (or longer), I just dust off the ziplocks and clean the box with windex 😀
And the stuff I use at night – my cleansing oil mix, the castor oil, the almond oil and my emolene, I store in a little line along the side of my bed, on the floor.
I agree wholeheartedly – convenience FTW! 😀
