Sleek Blush By 3 in Sugar Review

Sleek Blush By 3 in Sugar

Dear Beauties,

I have been hoarding blushes ever since I got The Balms’ Frat Boy! It wouldn’t be wrong to say that I have become blush crazy! So during my this craziness I managed to pick some of Sleek’s blushes! We all are aware that Sleek’s products especially their eyeshadow palettes and blushes are of top quality and very reasonably priced! Most of the Sleek’s palettes are reviewed here including the legendary Oh So Special and Rose Gold Blush! So do check them out!

Sometime last year Sleek came out with their Blush by 3 trio palettes, initially they were limited edition but with the outstanding response they made them permanent! Comes in 5 different shades out of which Lace, Flame and Pumpkin have already been reviewed here and today i’ll be reviewing Sugar.

My experience with Sleek Blush By 3 in Sugar

I love Sleek as a brand and had high expectations from the trio, lets just say it did not disappoint me at all. Sleek’s blush by 3 trio’s come in sleek black packaging which is very sturdy and strong. Infact lot of times I have to put in a lot of effort to open the palette something which I don’t like and something Sleek should definitely look into!

Sugar trio contains 3 blushes – Turbinado, Muscovado and Demerara. By the names of these blushes they sure sound scary but when applied on cheeks they look beautiful! Let’s look into each shade separately.

Turbinado:- This one is a deep raspberry shade and is completely matte! The pigmentation is fantastic as you can see in the swatch below, it was swatched once only and look at the amount of colour you get! It blends beautifully and stays on me for 7+ hours!

Muscovado:- This one though looks very similar to Turbinado but it’s very different! It’s more of rosy bronzy shade and has the best pigmentation of 3. It gives the most gorgeous rosy bronzed cheeks ever! Again stays for more than 8+ hours and blends effortlessly!

Demerara:- This is one is the weakest of three and lacks pigmentation! I had to swatch 3 times for the colour to show up! Though it has week pigmentation I love to wear this blush a lot since it gives lovely peachy glow on cheeks! It’s not chalky but definitely requires more effort in blending as compared to rest 2. The staying power of this one is not as good as rest but stays well for 3 to 4 hours which is quite ok for me.

Cons:-

• Demerara shade lacks pigmentation and needs to be layered up
