Hi everyone,

I have always been intrigued by all the contouring and highlighting but never saw myself doing it right which now I realize was due to the lack of proper products. I have watched innumerable videos and read posts where girls do the contouring with a matte brown eyeshadow. I also used to do the same and now I know why I was horrible with that. Seriously, if you want to do your contouring and highlighting well, you need a good contouring and highlighting product. Please never do it with an eyeshadow. My recent online shopping from an international website included such a product..its the Sleek Makeup Face Form. I have seen girls swearing by it and that made me buy it. Did I make a mistake? Read on to know.

My Experience with Sleek Medium Face Form :

To start with the packaging, being another Sleek product, the Face Form comes in a matte black case with a shiny “Sleek Makeup” written on top. Simple yet classy! (I am especially fond of the Sleek Makeup packaging as it is not even close to flimsy given the products are quite affordable). On opening, it consists of a matte contouring powder, a highlighter and a bronzer. TheFace Form in Medium and Dark have bronzers in them while the Light and Fair have a Rose Gold Blush. There is also a mirror on the other side adding to the case being travel friendly.

Matte Contouring Powder –

It is a chocolaty brown color powder, matte in finish. The texture is very smooth, quite pigmented and blends easily. Beginners, be careful as you can very easily go overboard with it. Best way is to build it up slowly according to you needs. Stays for good 5+ hours.

Highlighter –

The highlighter is a beautiful champagne colour powder with shimmer (and not chunky glitter). It is a perfect highlighter for my skin tone. I have one more highlighter which now I feel is too pink. This one suit me just fine and give a subtle glow to my skin. Highly pigmented and stays for 5+ hours.

Bronzer –

I am in love with this bronzer and I use it nearly everyday! I even see a hint of pink in it and I have been using it as a blush and eye shadow too! Believe you me, it looks beautiful!! It is very soft and creamy to touch (so, better be careful while picking it up) and blends without any efforts. Stays put for 5+ hours.

Overall, I am in love with the face form and ever since I have started using it, I feel I have gotten better at my contouring and highlighting. There is not one thing which I don’t like about it. I would recommend everyone to have it in their stash. It is especially good for novices like me!
