• Try making a fish face. Suck your cheeks as far as you can. Try this exercise for 5 to 10 minutes daily.
• Imagine you are chewing something and tilt your head backwards. Try to stay in that position for 10 to 15 minutes. This exercise helps to burn the fat on our face.
• Tilt your head back and look at the ceiling. Spell ‘O’ and stay in that position for few seconds. Repeat this exercise few times in a day.
Makeup and hair styling tricks:
• Use a bronzer to contour your face. A shade darker than your skin tone will help.
• Avoid using darker shades of blush on the apples of your cheeks.
• Use lighter shade of blush on your cheekbone and a little darker on the temple. This will help you get a higher cheekbone effect.
• Put some bronzer on your jaw line for the more slimming effect.
• Do not pull your hair away from your face. Also do not get short haircuts as they will make you look chubby.
