Bodyography Veil primer in Neutral is my Holy Grail and absolute favorite. Sadly, Bodyography is no more available in India, at least in all the places I have searched. If you guys know where I can buy Bodyography primer in India, please let me know. Moving on, so looking for a similar product, I stumbled upon Smashbox Photo finish foundation primer Color Correcting- Blend. I did not hands on try this anywhere, but somehow had a feeling that this is close to what my Bodyography offered. Let’s see if this solved my search.

My Experience with Smashbox Photo Finish Color Correcting Primer Blend:
The primer comes in a black cardboard box with all possible details written on it. And, inside is a flat tube with twist cap. The tube is same for all Smashbox primers, nothing new. Quite basic packaging and nothing very fancy.
The texture is silicony(not too much). It spreads on the skin easily and immediately blurs the imperfections. I was amazed to find my closest match to Bodyography primer. This is not just a primer, but a color corrector as well.
It immediately brightens and smoothens the face. Blurs uneven complexion and fine lines get reduced to minimum. This is the kind of product which even works alone for everyday or very light makeup.
It has no smell whatsoever. The shade has been described as apricot toned. It can also be described as skin like however, it does get mixed with skin and adapts to whichever skin color it is applied to.
It makes makeup last long for good 8 hours and gives a velvety feel to the skin. To futher mattify, Loreal infallible pro matte primer can be applied underneath this one. Like every other good primer, it bars makeup getting into skin, and thus breaking out.
