Hello sweethearts,

My Experience with SNP Animal Panda Whitening Face Mask:

SNP stands for Shining Nature Purity and it is a Korean brand which specialises in sheet masks. These masks are available in Ulta and other Korean online websites and outlets. I got mine from a Korean skincare outlet in my local mall. I was attracted to the mask because it’s an animal mask. This brand makes animal masks; it is nothing but a regular sheet mask which contains designs of different animal faces, like dragon, panda, otter and tiger.

For a change, these masks contain different colours, unlike the regular sheet masks. For example, the tiger mask is yellow in colour. These masks look so cute! The panda mask, which I picked up, comes in a black cover with a panda face and a few details on the front. The back side of the cover contains the usage details. The packaging is cute. All the animal masks of SNP are made up of coconut water for an immediate calming and moisturising effect.

The highly enriched essence helps in providing the skin with enough moisture to stay healthy. Coconut water is rich in minerals and provides a healthy skin. It makes dry skin soft, increases skin’s immunity, texture and moisture. It controls oil and relieves skin. The brightening mask I picked up is pretty thin and depicts a panda face with a black nose and mouth.

The colours used in these animal masks are also natural and do not contain any synthetic dyes. Though the mask fit correctly, I feel it’s a bit long for my face. The mask was soaked in serum, and when I pulled it out of the cover, the serum spilt all over. I cleaned the face and put on the mask for about 20 minutes. When I removed the mask there was still some serum left, which I massaged into my skin.

The mask itself as a medicinal smell which I am not a fan of, but the smell vanished in around 5 minutes after I put on the mask. The mask made my skin soft and hydrated and it looked plump, but it didn’t do anything with brightening or whitening. It didn’t do its job; it was more like a moisturizing mask.

One more thing – they design and sell this animal mask to donate a part to the Korean Animal Society. I am glad they have such a good cause behind this. But still, it is an average mask. I like it in terms of cuteness but not for its claims of whitening and brightening. I’ve read that their tiger mask is very good, so I will definitely try it next time.

Pros of SNP Animal Panda Whitening Face Mask:

⦁ Cute mask and packaging
⦁ Hydrates the skin
⦁ Made up of coconut water
⦁ SNP donates a part to animal society
⦁ Affordable

Cons of SNP Animal Panda Whitening Face Mask:

⦁ Doesn’t whiten or brighten
⦁ Serum spills everywhere
⦁ The mask was a bit too long for my face
⦁ Medicinal smell

IMBB Rating: 2/5
Would I Repurchase/Recommend SNP Animal Panda Whitening Face Mask?
Yes, if you are after a hydrating cute mask. But I’d personally try the tiger mask.
