Recently, I purchased quite a few mask sheets from the Korean brand SNP (Shining Nature Purity) and I really enjoyed using most of them. Today, I am going to talk about a totally different type of a sheet mask – it is their “Black Pearl Renew Black Ampoule Mask”. Let’s see how this mask stood out from all the other sheet masks in the market.

SNP’s Black Pearl Renew Black Ampoule Mask mainly consists of black pearl powder extract and fine charcoal which are both rich in antioxidants and are effective when it comes to removing skin impurities.

What else you need to know:
Fine charcoal efficiently absorbs excessive oil while black pearl powder, niacinamide and other herb extracts fully nourish the skin to develop new and healthy skin cells.
Directions:
After washing and toning, gently place the mask onto the face and leave it for 20 to 30 minutes. Carefully remove the mask and dispose properly. Pat gently for better absorption.

My Experience with SNP Black Pearl Renew Black Ampoule Mask:

This mask comes packaged in a black and silver cover with a picture of a black pearl on the top. The other details about this mask are provided at the back in the Korean language. Most of the SNP Ampoule masks had a strange artificial fragrance to them, but this mask, surprisingly, has a pleasant fragrance which is a big yes from my side.

The main ingredient of this mask is black pearl powder; the black pearl is one of the rarest found natural skin care products. Black pearl extract tends to help in skin brightening. It is also known to contain different types of minerals, amino acids, calcium, and various bioactive substances. It helps to soften the skin and provides lustrous and clear skin. This mask is also enriched with rice extracts, Chia seed extracts, black sesame extract, Hyaluronic acid, and niacinamide; all these are some of the best skin boosting ingredients.

I think this is the only skin care product containing black pearls, which is just cool. Now, coming to the mask, it has an unusual color just like the black pearls that give it its name and nourishing essence, the sheet itself is a deep black color. The mask is quite thin fits my face pretty well without tugging or pulling. The mask is soaked in essence which is clear and watery. The essence gets absorbed quickly into my skin without leaving any tacky or sticky feeling behind.

This is hands down the best mask from SNP; it gives a refreshing feel to the skin, makes it baby soft and hydrated. The black pearl extract combined with niacinamide to give a more healthy, dewy and bright complexion. The mask has a soothing effect on the skin and makes it radiant and glowing.

Overall, I love this mask. It does what it claims and works wonders on the skin. I think I like this mask more because it is kind of unusual and strange; maybe, I like this mask more because my favorite color is “black”. I don’t know, I am crazy sometimes!
