My Experience with Soap and Glory Make Yourself Youthful Rejuvenating Eye Cream:
I love the products from Soap and Glory! The packaging itself is so cute and attractive. Most of their products are of pink and silver theme. They look so chic!! Okay, it’s not just about the packaging, their products smell so good, feel so good on the skin and are effective too!! I picked up this “Make Yourself Youthful” Rejuvenating Eye Cream from a Boots Pharmacy outlet in Dubai.
It comes in a cubical box with the brand’s own silver and pink packaging. The bottle inside is a small round tub. The packaging is quite sturdy and since the tub is made of plastic rather than glass, it is light and travel friendly.
The eye cream is creamy white in color with very minute shimmer particles. The texture of the eye cream is extremely creamy and smooth. The minute shimmer particles reflect in the sun and are lightly noticeable otherwise. This blends very well into the skin and does not feel heavy or sticky. It has a very light texture. The cream looks luxurious and feels so pampering.
Well, this product does what it claims – it is a hydrating eye cream in essence. With regular use, my under eye dullness has reduced and my skin feels soft and moisturized. I use it under the eyes before I apply my under-eye concealer. It serves well as an under-eye brightener before application of makeup. A very tiny amount of product is required for each use. After applying the cream, I blend it well and it gets quickly absorbed by the skin.
I got this product with the expectation that using it under the concealer, it would blend the makeup better and brighten the under-eye area, and I am happy with the results. This is my second purchase.
