My experiences with St Ives Mineral Therapy Body Wash:
The moment you open the cap of the bottle, a sudden burst of fragrance fills the entire shower area Yes, the fragrance is intense and overwhelming with dominant and distinguishable fruity notes of coconut and a bit of floral, which I think is jasmine. The fragrance even stays with you for an hour after the bath. The translucent bottle is sturdy and can be carried during travelling without any fear of spillage. The creamy white body wash is a bit runny in consistency and must be used with a loofah, pouf or wash cloth to make proper leather. Because this variant doesn’t leather luxuriously like the Sea Salt Exfoliation and Coconut Indulgent variants I reviewed earlier. But still, it lathers satisfactorily with a decent quantity. It rinses off easily leaving behind clean and moisturised skin with creamy & smooth feel. It has pretty much moisturizing effect, which makes it ideal for dry skin and winter use. It washes off dry skin flakes and body breakout’s dead skin flakes and I see that it really cleans skin effectively. In a week, I can see a clear difference. The key ingredients are mineral blend and glycerine and the entire formula is of natural ingredients. It lives upto the claim of replenished, revitalized, clan, soft and smooth skin. Free of Parabens and manufactured with natural ingredients, it gives a consumer satisfaction that the product doesn’t contain any avoidable chemicals. It is hypo-allergic and not tested on animals. Also, the bottle is made up of 20% recycled material; so the company is making best efforts to be environment friendly. For the price, you get good quantity of a great product to last you two months at least.
