Hope you are enjoying your day! Today I am reviewing a body wash from one of my favorite brands – St. Ives. This is the Pink Lemon & Mandarin Orange Body Wash.

Directions:

Pour onto moistened pouf, sponge, wash cloth or hands. Work into a rich creamy lather and rinse. For best results, use 3 to 4 times per week.

My experience with St. Ives Pink Lemon & Mandarin Orange Body Wash:

The St. Ives Pink Lemon & Mandarin Orange Body Wash comes packed in a white capped, translucent flip top bottle. The translucent bottle lets you see how much of the body wash you have got left. You get 709 ml of the body wash, which is great for me, as I seem to go through body washes so quickly! The cap closes tightly and you can travel with it, but the size of the bottle may make you want to reconsider!

The body wash itself is pale pink in color. It has the consistency of a regular body wash – neither too thick nor too runny and lathers well. For some reason, the body wash seems to contain a lot of tiny bubbles! You can see it in the swatch! The entire bottle is full of these bubbles! Not sure why! Anyway, it does not bother me as such!

It has these miniscule exfoliating particles, which do not dissolve immediately on contact with wet skin, unlike many other exfoliating body washes I have used previously! Due to this, I am able to rub it all over my skin and exfoliate to my heart’s content!

The exfoliating particles are really very gentle and can be used on a daily basis too. You can use this body wash with your loofah too, of course, but I generally prefer to use exfoliating body washes directly on my skin so that I enjoy the actual exfoliating effect of the body wash and not just the scrubbing effect provided by the loofah!

This body wash contains Pink Lemon & Mandarin Orange and smells amazing! The citrusy scent is just perfect for summer. It gives a really refreshed feeling! Unfortunately, the scent lingers on the skin only for one or two hours, depending on the quantity of body wash you have used! This is really disappointing.

I have been using this body wash for a couple of weeks now and my skin (my elbows, especially!) does feels softer and look brighter than before. I do enjoy using this body wash, especially for the heavenly citrusy scent. I only wish the scent lasted longer on my skin!
