Step by Step Makeup Tutorial: Cut-Crease Eye Makeup Look for Wedding Parties

Hi gorgeous ladies,

I was so busy for last few days. I did lots of shopping, tried lots of foods and it was an amazing week. Now I am back again with a lovely tutorial. Today I am going to share a step by step tutorial on cut-crease eye makeup look. Basically we all love cut crease look. It just gives you that dramatic eye look and it is a perfect look for wedding parties. Also it is a nice bridal eye makeup. I am not a makeup expert still I tried to create this look in my own way. It looks little difficult to create and it has lots of step but this is not that difficult. It just needs the perfect application and time to do. I have chosen this pink and gold combination with pretty coral lips and it goes perfectly with any skin tone. Let starts the tutorial.

Step 1:

I have started with a concealer and I also used an eye shadow primer on lid and blended them nicely. As it’s a heavy eye makeup it needs a primer. I have set all of them with a compact powder to avoid creasing.

Step 2:

Here I am using a black gel liner to draw a thin line just above my crease area to cut my crease. I have drawn the liner just normally like a winged liner. It gives me that perfect cut-crease look.

Step 3:

Now I used Maybelline nude palette and applied a brown eye shadow with a fluffy blending brush on the crease area and also smudged the black liner a little with this brown shadow.

Step 4:

Next I applied a Miss Claire coral shadow just above the black line and blended the shadow with a normal blending brush.

Step 5:

Here again I used a Miss Claire dark pink shadow and drew a similar line just above that black line and dragged the shadow upward to make it look natural. I did not blend it properly, just made the application natural.

Step 6:

I blended all the harsh line with a natural brown shadow and again applied a bronze shade on that same black line and lightly smudge the line with a small flat shadow brush.

Step 7:

Now I took a black shadow and again I drew the black line with it and smudge that line with the black shadow. Keep doing this step until you are satisfied with color intensity.

Step 8:

Now I cleaned all the excess shadow from my eye lid and applied concealer with a flat concealer brush to correct that black line and perfectly define my cut crease look with it. It helps to correct all the mess below that black line. Then I set the concealer with a compact.

Step 9:

Now I placed a golden eye shadow with a wet flat shadow brush on my lid and the below area of that cut-crease line. I also applied a golden highlighting shade on my brow bones. I again applied that same black shadow on that black line to make it prominent.

Step 10:

Next I applied that same pink shadow on my lower lash line and blended the shadow with a brown shadow. And I patted a glittery pink shadow from Maybelline Rose Quartz eyeshadow palette on the center of my eye lid to give that 3D look to my eyes.

Step 11:

Finally I drew a winged eye liner on upper lash line and extend the line according to same length of the upper crease line. Now I applied Kajal on lower lash, also on water line and smudged it little with small blending brush to make it soft.

Step 12:

I curled my lashes and applied mascara on them. Now time to draw my eye brows; I used a brown eye brow pencil to make it perfect. And applied compact above my brows.

Step 13:

complete look

Finally I applied a concealer on under eye area and set it with a compact. To create a perfect eye and lip combination I have used Maybelline Bold Matte Mat2 shade to make my lips pretty coral. So finally the gorgeous cut crease look is complete with a dramatic touch.
