Streax Pro Nutri Care Deep Hydrating Masque Review

I am back reviewing another Streax product, and it’s the Streax Pro Nutri Care Deep Hydrating Masque. My hair resembles a jharu most of the time, and in hope of some damage repair I got this. Let’s see how it scored.

Packaging: It comes in a yellowish gold tub, which is not very bulky. In fact, it is quite travel friendly as compared to the L’Oréal and other hair masques. It is sturdy and has no risk of spillage or breakage.

My Experience with Streax Pro Nutri Care Deep Hydrating Masque:

The consistency of the masque is neither very thick nor runny. In fact, I love the medium consistency and texture. It gets absorbed quite easily in the hair. No instructions are mentioned regarding how long to keep it, and I experimented with that. I found that keeping it for 20-25 minutes works best for my dry and brittle hair. It has a very pleasing fragrance, which lingers for some time and then fades away.

Coming to the results, this masque actually works! Considering the budget friendly price, I was skeptical about its results. My dry frizzy hair looks nourished and feels well hydrated and soft. In fact, I love touching my hair now. Given the fact that most deep conditioning masks come at a huge price, I am happy that this one shows the same results at such low price. It works at par with the L’Oréal & Matrix masques, in fact even better.

The effects last up to three days. I am not sure, if it would actually repair hair strands but it does what it claims. That is provides a boost of intense hydration. The softness and bounciness are too good to be true. Too much of the product might weigh down the hair, so it’s better using a little and seeing how much your hair needs.

I tried using it as a conditioner, left it for 3 minutes and it didn’t work. So I inferred that it needs at least 10-15 minutes to work its magic. Also, a little goes a long way so a tub will easily last me at least 10 uses, which comes to Rs. 25 per hair spa! Wow! The only thing that bugs me is the list of chemicals. Most drugstore masks are loaded with that and I can’t really crib about it.
