Hello readers!
This liquid eyeliner was launched quite some time back when Street Wear revamped their collection by introducing Color Rich cosmetics range, featuring fun graphic packaging yet a very affordable price tag. Though I am very much into eye makeup and like all sorts of colored eye pencils and crayons, but honestly I am not a liquid eyeliner person. But what tempted me to pick this product up is the shade, fun girly packaging and of course the pricing. Read on to know more about it.

Price: INR 80 for 5ml of product.
Finish: Matte

My Experience with Street Wear Color Rich Liquid Eyeliner Egyptian Blue :
As I stated before, I do not like using liquid liner much, as I find the finish it gives to be very stark and artificial-looking. But this particular shade Egyptian Blue is beautiful. A bright cobalt blue in the bottle and once set, it transfers to be a very wearable deep blue on eyelids. Also, I have heard rave reviews about other products in the same range.
Packaging is quite fun and girly. The square shaped glass bottle is quite sturdy and already survived a major fall down. The label contains shade name, dates and other necessary details. Overall, it resembles the nail enamels from the same range. It comes with a thin brush which is of great quality. You can control the thickness of the line you want to draw, be it bold or precise.
The texture is quite runny, like any other liquid liner. It gets spread on the eyelid quite smoothly, without tugging and pulling. But it needs few seconds to set. The color is very wearable. I even wore it to office once. The finish is completely matte without any shimmer, which makes it even more suitable for everyday wear. If you are new into colored eyeliners, this could be the one to start with! Pigmentation is amazing. It goes completely opaque with a single application. Though it is matte formula, but creamy enough not to flake or crumble. It never irritates my sensitive eyes. But the downside is that, it is not smudge proof and waterproof. So you need to be careful not to touch your eyes with this on. Otherwise you may end up having raccoon eyes. Because of its non-water resistant formula, it gets washed off quite easily. No need to use a separate makeup remover.
As expected, staying power is low due to its smudgy nature. On my oily lids, it stays for 3-4 hours without primer. This might be a turn off for few of us, but at this price I can’t complain!
Overall, it is a nice addition to my vanity and I am totally enjoying this beautiful blue hue on my eyes in these rainy days 🙂

Will I repurchase/Recommend Street Wear Color Rich Liquid Eyeliner Egyptian Blue?
I will recommend it if you like blue eyeliners and are okay with the non-smudge proof formula. Also recommended to liner beginners. The shade is an absolute stunner and the affordable pricing gives us courage to experiment. I will 100% repurchase it once I am done with the current bottle.
IMBB rating: 4.5/5 (I wish it was smudge proof. Greedy me :p)

That’s a beautiful shade Anurima, but I struggle big time with liquid liners. Is that go graffiti on your nails? Which variant?
@ Shikha : yes it is go graffiti in the shade Unmellow yellow on top of a bright pink base 🙂
Oh, the color is soo good! I would definitely need one…:-)
this shade is really awesome, Deepti 🙂
The shade is pretty but a skip for me since I have a lot of blues now.. It loooks like a nail paint, that too a good one!
When I want some blue hue on my eyes, this is my HG shade. Which blue liner you use mostly, Garima?
Is this eyeliner better than the elle 18 blue liquid eyeliner? please reply…which would you recommend?
