Hello beauties. How is everybody doing? I’m very busy with the admission stuff. It’s a very tiring process when the colleges decide not to co-operate. I’m very excited to start Degree College. Hope everything works out.

Anyways almost everybody here knows the new collection by Streetwear. Today I present a lip gloss from their “mega shine” range. Nothing like the NYX’s mega shine range.

My Experience with Street Wear Megashine Lipgloss in Smitten by Pink:

The gloss comes in a normal plastic gloss bottle. The black cap has the applicator attached. The applicator is Popsicle shaped. I’m personally a fan of doe foot applicator. So the applicator is a turn off for me.

The shade is warm toned pink. It contains shimmer but it does not show up on the lips. However, the shimmer shows up when the gloss fades.  I found this lip gloss very much similar to Elle 18 Lip Smoothies that came out few years back. They are same in the terms of smell, texture and stickiness. The difference is the price, quantity and packaging.The staying power is up to 3 hours without eating or talking. It transfers a lot. I applied this gloss over Essence’s Lip Liner in Honey Bun and it looked really pretty. It is perfect MLBB for me. But the best part was when the gloss faded a bit and it looked as if I had glossy lip cream on my lips. I got few compliments on that. *hihi*

But it does settles in fine lines when I don’t apply it over any lipstick.
Anyways, it’s such a basic product I use it almost every day. It’s going to get over soon.

It’s a fun product to own. I don’t think this is a must have product. So you can pass up this one.

Will I repurchase Street Wear Megashine Lipgloss- 03 Smitten by Pink?

No. But I might give other shades a try.

It’s not a total hit or miss. Overall an OK product.
