Hello beauty conscious ladies!!!
I had been looking high and low for an affordable face pack because I don’t have the guts to spend $60 on a tiny pack of algae mask. I came across these Studio 35 masks in my local Walgreens and they are good; both price wise and quantity wise. Read further to find out if it has impressed me!
This product attacks acne deep in the pores. Natural mint helps dry up pimples, clear blackheads and minimize the appearance of pores. This refreshing facial mask removes oil and dirt, leaving skin clean, refreshed and soft.
My Experience with Studio 35 Beauty Mint Facial Masque:
I prefer ready to apply face masks because they are perfect for beauty conscious people who have time crunch and cannot devote hours on a rigorous skin care regime.
Packaging: Product comes in plastic tube with broad cap to make it stand on it.
Texture: It is very thick in consistency – way too thick for my liking which makes it difficult to squeeze out of the tube and difficult to spread on the face. Hence, I mix it with little water and make a smooth paste and then apply evenly to my face. It dries in 10-15 minutes and does not stretch or pull even after drying.
Color and Fragrance: Pale mint green in color and has strong minty smell which seems a little artificial.
Efficacy: As soon as the product is applied, there is a strong, tingling and burning sensation which last for good 2 to 3 minutes and fades away eventually. I, personally, like it as it seems to be working on my skin. The product is meant for normal to dry skin. However, it can be used on all skin types since it does not stretch or pull. It dries within 10-15 minutes – depends if one dilutes it with water or not. It’s easy to wash off too since it does not cling to skin like dried fuller’s earth (Multani Mitti) and once off face, there is no need to rush for moisturizer since it is not dehydrating like other face masks.
I was happy with the end result – my face was squeaky clean and soft, skin was not stretchy or dry and apple of my cheeks and nose tip had a pretty glow.
Conclusion: I am very satisfied with this skin care product as it lives up to its claims and I absolutely love the ingredient list.
