Take 2 sections of your hair and add the ribbon as the third section of the braid and then make a braid, as usual. This is very fast and easy hairstyle and looks super stylish, when you are going out with friends or going to college.

As a messy bun is stylish on its own, so all you need to do is to make it more edgy and stylish by adding a ribbon around your bun and securing it with a bobby pin.
With An Elegant Up Do:
You do not necessarily have to accessorize your elegant and sophisticated hairdo with expensive and delicate hairpins. Take a ribbon in a bold colour and use it to get a clean and seamless look.
To Dress Up Your Ponytail:
Instead of the boring hair ties use different coloured ribbons to tie your ponytail. You can also use a ribbon to turn it into a bow for added style and oomph.
As A Faux Scarf:
If you want a laid back style, then take a broad ribbon with colourful and quirky prints, and use it as a scarf on ponytails, braids or messy buns.
Laced Ribbons Instead of Plain Ones:
If you still think that plain ribbons are for school girls, then use can take a piece of lace and use it as a ribbon, hair tie, hair band, a hair bow or any hair accessory you want. This laced ribbon will definitely fetch you many compliments.
