Suave Naturals Mango Mandarin Body Wash Review

Suave Naturals Mango Mandarin Body Wash

Hi lovely girls of IMBB,

Today I am bringing the review of Suave Naturals Mango Mandarin Body Wash.

From Wikipedia: “The Mandarin orange, also known as the mandarin or mandarine, is a small citrus tree with fruit resembling other oranges.”

Product Description: Infused with mango and mandarin extracts, along with skin conditioning Vitamin E, Suave Naturals® Mango Mandarin Body Wash moisturizes in the shower and revitalizes your senses with lively citrus and fruity fragrance bliss. This fresh fragrance smells as good as Bath & Body Works.

Ingredients: Water, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocamide MEA, Fragrance, Mangifera Indica (Mango) Fruit Extract, Citrus Nobilis (Mandarin Orange) Peel Oil, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E Acetate), Glycerin, PPG-9, Ammonium Chloride, Citric Acid, Propylene Glycol, Tetrasodium EDTA, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Red 33, Yellow 5.

How to use: Pour a small amount into a wet bath pouf, a wash cloth or directly into hands and treat your skin with the rich creamy lather. Rinse off.

Price: I got it for $ 2.5 approx (PKR 270) – 454 ml

My experiences with Suave Naturals Mango Mandarin Body Wash:

So far, the regular readers of IMBB must be very familiar with suave body wash packaging 😀

It is a translucent flip open cap bottle, showing the pretty orange color of the body wash housed in it. The body wash is runny in consistency. The moment I poured the body wash in my hand, I loved the golden orange color of the product. The fragrance is heavenly; more on mango side than on citrus. The body wash gives you a feel of surrounded by freshly sliced fully juicy mangoes all around. I am a big mango junkie so this is a treat for my sense buds in winter 😛 A small amount lathers rich, so this one will last me long; besides it carry a low price tag too.

Suave Naturals has kept the quality of its body washes consistent throughout. After reading all reviews of Neetu and personally using two of their variants, I realise all of them share same characteristics except color and fragrance. Suave Naturals Mango Mandarin Body Wash provides my skin ample hydration; leaving my skin soft. The body wash rinses off easily without any greasy feel, leaving behind no residue. The aroma lingers for a while but doesn’t last long. It doesn’t rips off natural moisture of my skin; but I moisturize my skin after shower because the days are cold and dry, so my skin needs proper nourishment. However, I am sure I will not need a body moisturiser after using this wonderful product in summer or autumns.

Pros Suave Naturals Mango Mandarin Body Wash:

• Heavenly fragrance and lovely color of the body wash.
• Leaves skin smooth and hydrated.
• Rinses without leaving any residue.
• A small quantity lathers decently.
• Low price tag, excellent quality.
• Free of Parabens.
• It’s a treat for mango lovers.

Cons of Suave Naturals Mango Mandarin Body Wash:

• SLS; but many other products contain this.

Rating: 4.2/5

St. Ives body washes vs. Suave Naturals body washes:

Since I have been loyal to St.Ives Body Washes and now when I am going through the experience of Suave Naturals Body Washes, let’s do an abridged comparison of both.

• St. Ives costs around $3, Suave Naturals Varies between $1-$2.5 (for same quantity)
• St. Ives Butter range is more moisturizing than Suave Natural Creamy Range.
• Lovely variants are available in both ranges.
• Both leave skin soft providing ample hydration.
• St. Ives typically cleans deposited dirt from rarely reached parts of body after few washes which I have not observed with Suave Naturals.

Recommendation and repurchase: I have already got other variants and I think it justifies my repurchase. For recommendation I would rather suggest not to give this a miss.
