Hello to all the lovely IMBBians
I have been very lazy in the kitchen nowadays. So I try to make dishes which consumes less time and are tasty. Thus I came up with this one, there is no need for chopping, grinding or dicing in this recipe.

For this recipe you will need
1) 2 packets of maggi masala( I was left with the whole lot because I make atta maggi with diff styles and not the masala it comes with )
2) Tomato ketchup
3) Hot sauce
4) Water
5) Pre roasted Vermicelli
6) Oregano
7) Butter
So for this recipe you have to take 3 cups of water and let it come to a boil.

And then add the maggi masala

You will stir it around a bit

to make sure it is completely mixed with water and then you will pour 3 table spoons of tomato sauce and 2 table spoon of hot sauce

You change the amount according to your tast. If you like your food to be more on the sweet tangy side put more tomato sauce and if you like more chili just add more of the hot sauce. Then we will be putting butter, about one table spoon, you can put more to ๐ the more butter in it, the better it taste (it really does) ๐

We will now add oregano

Now you will stir it around so that all the ingredients are mixed , then you will put one cup or vermicelli in it you will stir it around to and put the heat to the lowest and keep on stirring because you donโt want the bottom to be burnt . then stir it ever 1 minute because the vermicelli will take all the water in it and expand. You will slowly see the water diminish and the vermicelli rising ๐

Lovely magic trick ๐

By the time you feel that there is no more water in the pan , just turn off the gas and cover this with a plate and let it set for five minutes

you will have something like this .

If you want it more moist donโt cook all the water out .
Points to remember
1) Make sure it is pre roasted vermicelli , the normal vermicelli tastes funky :/
2) Make sure to stir the dish around or else it will bur
3) Keep it on a low heat . it cooks better
I hope you enjoy this dish
