Packaging: The Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-hour Blush in the shade “Blissful” comes in a circular, good quality plastic compact which contains the Amazonian clay blush. The compact colour matches the blush shade inside. The blush has a beautiful Amazonian river pattern on it. The compact comes with a good quality mirror inside. The details of the blush can be found at the bottom of the pan. Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush is extremely lightweight and the lid closes securely. Overall, I find the packaging very travel friendly and sturdy.

Shade and Finish: Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in the shade “Blissful” is a stunning peachy-pink colour. The blush looks very natural when applied. It gives a natural peachy blushing flush to the cheeks. This blush is perfect for everyday use. I go light handed when I apply since I can easily build it up. This blush shade will suit light to medium skin tones.

Texture and Application: The texture of the blush is powdery but it is very soft and smooth to the touch. The finish of the blush is matte, so there is no shimmer or glitter in it. The blush is tightly packed in the compact, so I’ve been opting for good firm blush brushes to apply the blush on my cheeks. The blush is not chalky.

Pigmentation and Coverage: This blush is super pigmented and gives good coverage. The blend-ability of the blush is also great. The blush blends very easily. The blush doesn’t accentuate my pores.

Staying Power: The staying power is really good. It stays on for around 8 hours without the need to reapply. The blush is infused with the benefits of Amazonian clay and is free of parabens and sulphates.
