Hope all of you are doing fine! I am here to share my views on a next-generation beauty brand; well that’s how they like to address themselves and it is none other than Tata Harper. I have tried a few of their products and find them promising enough for my oily acne prone skin type, not to forget their natural formula. However, the whopping price will definitely make us think twice before investing our money but I am such a person that I would wholeheartedly spend extra bucks for natural, paraben free, chemical free makeup, considering I wear it regularly nowadays. Anyway, as I am getting into cheek stains these days, I explored this brand with their tempting lip & cheek stains which seem good enough for every skin type and skin tone. My Experience with Tata Harper Very Sweet Volumizing Lip & Cheek Tint:
The lip and cheek tint comes in sturdy, green glass jar packaging with metallic cap and the cute jar is nicely housed in green card board packaging which can be recycled. It does not have any significant fragrance, hence good for sensitive noses. Overall, I like this environment friendly and skin friendly product and packaging.
Tata Harper has launched these cheek and lip tints in 6 shades and most of the tints are shimmer free except this, “Very Sweet”, which is described as soft shimmering peach which makes another addition to my shimmery collection. The shade comes up as a cool-toned rosy pink on my pale skin tone with subtle shimmery sheen and not OTT glittery finish. Surprisingly, I see no such shimmery finish on my cheeks while it comes up bit glittery on lips. I find it good as an everyday shade for fair/light medium skin toned beauties. It imparts sheer to buildable coverage maintaining light-weight translucent finish when used as cheek stain. It provides a bit sheer to medium coverage on lips which might be tricky for pigmented lips as it is a real deal to layer on considering the oily stain. Honestly, I am not very impressed by its finish on my lips but I definitely love it as cheek stain.
Let’s talk about the texture which will answer why I dislike it as a lip tint. It is a soft yet firm stain enclosed in a small pot which easily spreads on skin with gentle finger dabbing or brush strokes while it appears as a slight oily stain on lips with a bit of clinging. I would prefer dabbing it on with finger tips and then blending with fluffy brush for seamless blending and non-streaky, non-tacky finish. It blends like a dream on my uneven textured cheeks but it tends to cling to dry patches on my lips pretty surprisingly. It has natural ingredients which make it safe enough for our skin but still it will need a well scrubbed hydrated lip texture to show up as a flawless color, while it is forgiving enough for my cheeks. I like how it gives warm toned effect to my cheeks with a bit contoured effect naturally, without looking cakey or greasy. Considering it is a balmy formula stain, I am impressed that it never comes greasy or tacky on my skin; it never emphasizes my oily skin or clogged pores for that matter. In fact the shimmers are way too subtle on cheeks and it never makes me look like a glittery greasy ball.
I am also impressed to see how it melts on my skin with a natural tint almost like glow from within and stays put for good 5-6 hours, thereby fading naturally without accentuating my oily skin. I am definitely stocking it up for winters as it might stay longer and work like charm for my dry skin (during winters). Now the fact that it has golden shimmers makes it a skip for lips but if you love subtle tinted rosy pink blushes, then this shade is for you. Needless to say, these cheek and lip tints are must try regardless of our skin type (except extremely oily skin types).

Pros of Tata Harper Very Sweet Volumizing Lip & Cheek Tint:
• A light-weight naturally formulated rosy pink lip and cheek tint.
• It has subtle shimmers which are barely visible on cheeks.
• The shimmers give subtle sheen on lips.
• Non-sticky, non-greasy balmy texture.
• Easily blends on skin and spreads on lips.
• Forgives minor dryness on skin.
• Might work like charm on polished soft lips.
• Provides light-weight, seamless and well saturated pigmentation on cheeks.
• Imparts sheer to medium coverage on lips as well.
• A nice everyday shade for fair/light/medium skin toned beauties.
• Stays put for good 5-6 hours on my oily skin.
• No transferring, fading or melting off.
• Never aggravated or emphasized my open pores or oily acne prone skin type.
• Didn’t cause break outs.
• Comfortably sits on my cheeks for several hours with no greasy/oily feel.
• I feel well hydrated soft skin texture, a glow from within.
• Packaging can be recycled.
Cons of Tata Harper Very Sweet Volumizing Lip & Cheek Tint:
• Shimmers might be a turn off.
• I find it tricky as a lip tint for normal dry lips.
• It does tend to cling on my lips.
• Didn’t notice any plumping effect.
• Not recommended for pigmented lips.
• Staying power and finish not impressive on lips.
• Expensive.

Well I think I would limit its usage as a cheek tint while I would love to explore all 5 shades from this collection considering they have naturally derived ingredients.
