Tatcha skincare has always intrigued me, especially their face masks. A month ago, I picked Violet-C Radiance Mask from this particular brand. Read on to know what difference it made to my skin and whether it’s worth the splurge.
A creamy, anti-aging mask—packed with Japanese beautyberry, two types of vitamin C, and AHAs from seven fruits—that unveils softer, glowing skin. Solutions for: - Dullness and uneven texture - Dark spots and uneven skin tone - Fine lines and wrinkles If you want to know more… Reveal remarkably softer, smoother skin with this creamy rinse-off treatment mask. The formula features two types of vitamin C – a water-soluble vitamin C derivative that absorbs quickly for an immediate glow and an oil-soluble vitamin C derivative that remains in skin longer, providing antioxidant protection from UV damage for a brighter, more even-toned appearance over time. The mask is also powered by the Japanese beautyberry, a superfruit rich in antioxidants that was found to stabilize vitamin C, maximizing its effectiveness. A gentle 10 percent AHA complex of seven fruits removes debris and the buildup of dead skin cells to visibly improve skin texture and support the natural production of new skin cells. Tatcha’s signature trio of Japanese anti-aging superfoods—green tea, rice, and algae—helps to restore a more youthful appearance.
My Experience with Tatcha Violet-C Radiance Mask:
Violet-C Radiance Mask comes housed in a maroon and purple ombre jar with a maroon cap on it. The name of the brand and product name are printed on the front of the jar while rest of the details are mentioned at the back.
I have acne scars which do not fade away easily, but this mask from Tatcha has made my skin so much clearer than any other masks that I have tried. Violet-C Radiance Mask has a very unique texture, it is very easy to apply and has a slight creamy texture. This mask has a violet tint to it and there is no scent to it (which most of us prefer).
The face mask is creamy and spreads easily on the skin. I leave it on for 15 minutes on skin, as advised by the brand. After I remove this mask, my skin feels very bright and skin tone looks even. The texture of my skin feels amazing – these results were evident with one single use.
My acne scars also seem to have reduced now. I am obsessed with this mask and I use it every alternate day.
With every single use, it has made my skin so much better. I only need a small amount each time and that’s why I have hardly any dent in the tub. I love this product and would definitely repurchase it.
The best thing about this mask is that it is sulphate, paraben, SLS free, which makes it pretty much a “natural ingredients” mask.
