This extra-fine powder blusher gives smooth, buildable colour and has great staying power. With ingredients including vitamin E and marula oil, it’s make-up and skincare in one. Superfine Blends easily Lasting colour.
This is the last blush from my vanity.A friend once told me to try the TBS blushes and I picked 5, that is how I roll…anyway, 3 of the 5 blushes were super bad, very disappointing and chalky, this is fortunately the better one of the 2.The shade is a orange brown color and was thrills me most is that this would serve you as a blusher and on other days you could use it to contour or bronzer and may be sweep it quickly on the eye lid too.I don’t this shimmer looks bad so you could use it during the day as well in summers and night wear too.
The color is summery and just apt for warm skin tones we have. In fact the others in the collection are all cool toned, this one is shimmer orange beige brown and I quite liked it for the color and versatility. I would seldom wear a brown blush but this one looks very light once blended. The trick with this color is that you cannot wear it too high or on the cheek precisely, you have to wear it towards the hollow of the cheeks, make it looks like a mix of contour and blusher powder. The packaging is fragile and delicate looking as in it will break if you drop it. There is no brush or mirror either but I am okay, I like such handy cute little makeup pots.
The color has hints of golden shimmer and has an orange tone to it as well.the color comes out pretty orange brown on the cheeks and is not at all OTT or shimmery.I think oily skin could wear this too.The color blends nicely and there is not patchiness, in fact I get so scared of brown blushes that I blended it out into the hollow of the cheek a little too much that is vanished. But you could build it up and also a use an angled brush for this one as the color cannot be worn on the apple for some reason I believe so.It is nicely used as a contour powder.
The texture is quite soft and not at all chalky like the other blushers from TBS. The color does fly away so be gently and use a lighter softer brush. Honestly, it vanishes in little time, you are looking at less than 3 hours on oily skin.this might need base and the color does not stain.I like to use it like wash of color on the eyelids too. Otherwise a bronzer or contour powder.I like the texture though it is not the best of course. It is overpriced but these days you don’t get much makeup for less than 700 bucks :/ so …
3.5/5 buy it for the versatile color that it is.
