My Experience with The Body Shop British Rose Petal-Soft Hand Cream:

The packaging of this hand cream is super cute and girly. It is a mix of pink and black, just like the other products from the same range. The details about the product are mentioned at the back of the tube. It is small and handy, which I like, as it can be sneaked into the makeup pouch easily. The only area of improvement, in my opinion, would be to include a flip top cap as I am the clumsiest person around and I drop every other thing, so flip top would have been convenient.

Coming to the best part about this hand cream – the fragrance. It smells wonderful. There is something very sophisticated about the fragrance, which is why I like it more. The texture of the cream is on the lighter side and can be compared to a thick lotion in a tube packaging. It spreads well and hence only a little quantity is required each time. It gets absorbed into the skin in no time, leaving no oily traces – only “well-moisturized” hands.
Hand cream

It is a light moisturizer, which will not completely satisfy the needs of overtly dry hands, so re-application is necessary. But the fragrance is so alluring and I really do not mind reapplying it. I have been using it as a day-time hand cream as it gets absorbed into the skin well and I can reapply throughout the day. For the night time, I need something thicker and more moisturizing. Overall, I like this hand cream as a cute addition to the huge range of hand creams in my stash and considering the affordable price tag, you can try this once, for sure.

Pros of The Body Shop British Rose Petal-Soft Hand Cream:

  • Cute packaging.
  • Superb fragrance.
  • Little quantity required.
  • Spreads well.
  • Absorbs in a jiffy.
  • Non-greasy texture.

Cons of The Body Shop British Rose Petal-Soft Hand Cream:

  • Cap is not flip top.
  • Moisturizing power could have been better.

IMBB Rating:
4/5

Would I Repurchase/Recommend The Body Shop British Rose Petal-Soft Hand Cream?
Repurchase – I like thick hand creams, but this fragrance is to die for; I might end up getting more for day time usage.
Recommend – yes definitely. Only if you hate rose fragrance, stay away.
