My Experience with The Body Shop Drops Of Youth Eye Concentrate:

The packaging is super interesting, I have seen pump and roller ball packaging but two of them together came as a completely new thing to me. The outer paper carton has lot of information, typical of The Body Shop. The applicator is a steel roller ball, which comes with a transparent cap. There is a pump at the neck of the roller ball applicator tip.

The texture of the concentrate is like a very light lotion. It is pale and pearly white in color but applies as transparent gel on the skin. The shimmers are barely visible. It feels cool on application but after massaging on for a while, there is a mild warming and tingling sensation. It is not uncomfortable for me, but people with sensitive skin might be slightly concerned. The patting motion actually helps the product to get absorbed.

Coming to the effectiveness of the product, I have to say, it immediately feels wonderful. The cooling sensation and the roller ball comfort are unmatched. It calms the tired eyes and the mini massage helps in relaxing the area around the eyes. I am in front of the laptop all day and it really helps to keep the area around the eyes cool and hydrated. There is an instant uplifted and firming feel when the product is tapped on, which feels great to me. Do not expect to see magical results out of it, although the price tag should give magical results. I find this to be a decent product for the eyes but the tag is a big turn off.
