The Body Shop Facial Massager Review

The Body Shop Facial Massager Review

Hi All,

Today, I am reviewing two products from The Body Shop.  I use them quite frequently and they are with me since quite many years now. Both the products are for face and they are from the accessories range.  They are:

1. The Body Shop Face Massager.
2. The Body Shop Facial Brush with Lid (this has already been reviewed here).

About the Body Shop Facial Massager:

An ingenious mini massager with nodular design ensures an in-depth massage of the skin without dragging or damaging delicate skin tissue.

Price:

4 pounds (I got them from UK).

My Take on The Body Shop Face Massager:

I always wanted a massager, but not those scary looking electronic ones. I have dry skin, thus constantly need some cream application, especially in the winters, life is tough for me.  This massager is such an useful product. I use it in upward direction after I apply cream on my face. The soft and gentle nodular designed massage tips provide adequate blood circulation. I love the way it glides. It does not hurt and helps in absorption of the cream. Even otherwise if you have oily skin, you can use this massager for some blood circulation, and say hello to glowing skin!

The Body Shop Facial Massager 2

I find it extremely easy to use and clean.  After use, I just wash it with some soapy water and keep it for drying. I usually keep my massager in a plastic bag and wash it before and after use. If you are looking for a no-hassle, safe-to-use massager, I suggest you go for this!

The Body Shop Facial Massager 3

Pros of The Body Shop Face Massager:

  • Easy to use.
  • Safe for skin.
  • No side effects, no rashes.
  • Helps in blood circulation.
  • Helps in easy absorption of the cream.

Cons of The Body Shop Face Massager:

  • None I can think of.

About The Body Shop Facial Brush with Lid:

This round brush can be used with cleansers, facial washes and exfoliators. Shaped to follow facial contours.

The Body Shop Facial brush 2

Price:

6 Pounds.

My Take on The Body Shop Facial Brush with Lid:

This facial brush has soft shaving brush like bristles. It helps in effective cleaning of the face. I just wet my face and apply face wash. I clean in for about 30 seconds using this; cleanses those corners quite effectively. I love the bristles. They are very soft and do not cause any redness. I often use it and carry it while travelling as it is so convenient. Thanks to the lid, the brush is always protected from dirt.  It is a unique product and everyone asks me about it when I use it.  I once in a while wash these accessories in Dettol.

The Body Shop Facial brush 4

Thanks to this facial brush, I get a mild scrubbing effect and keep those blackheads at bay.  I think this product is worth a try and after all, it is just once in a lifetime investment.

Pros of The Body Shop Facial Brush:

  • Easy to use.
  • Effective cleansing.
  • Mild scrubbing effect.
  • Does not cause redness.
  • Worth the money.
  • Travel friendly.
  • Hygienic, thanks to the lid.

Cons of The Body Shop Facial Massager:

  • None I can think of.

  2. When I first saw this massager at The Body Shop, I thought it looked quite scary but, after your review, I am tempted to get this although I already have an electronic massager. 🙂
