The Body Shop Frosted Cranberry Body Polish

Hello Beauties,

It seems to me a month of products from The Body Shop on IMBB. So much so that it lured me into picking up products from the line worth sharing.I have tried the strawberry body polish earlier but decided to give their new Christmas edition The Body Shop Frosted Cranberry Body Polish a try. With this chill in the air a scrub can rip off your natural moisture along with the dead cells,so I prefer body polishes, especially in winter as they are mild but much effective in giving you that smooth finish that you want on your skin.Who does not want a Christmas glow this holiday season?

Packaging:

The body polish comes in a tube which is opaque at the top but becomes transparent as you descend towards the mouth. The product is a beautiful deep red that makes it all the more suitable for the Christmas Holiday Range that it belongs to.The cap is silver and closes with a click. The tube is quite heavy and cumbersome,it would not be a very good pick to carry while travelling,as it might spill all over.

My Experience with The Body Shop Frosted Cranberry Body Polish:

I have always been a huge fan of products from The Body Shop and this one is no exception. I loved it the moment I squeezed a little on my palm. You can literally see the seeds and minute particles from a cranberry itself. It looked like a glazed fossil,in viscous form. The red gel is very compact and a little goes a long way .The product smells delicious ,and you might just want to eat it if you are a fruit lover. It is quite heavy, with a gel like consistency and forms fine lather once you try to wash it off.The body polish has been a hit with me.It gives your skin an instant shine ,and leaves it feeling fresh and supple.I might say that having tried almost all the body polishes from this range this one is my favorite. The cranberry seeds offer the mild scrubbing effect and the honey in it nourishes your skin like nothing else would. The fragrance however tempting it might be does not last long but the effect it has on your skin certainly does.It does however leave a light trail of fragrance behind. This product is a must if you want shiny skin this winter and at times I don’t even need to top it off with any lotion as such.
