I don’t know when this hot humid weather would leave us alone! During these days, using anything makes my skin more greasier. I was hunting for a scrub that would tackle this issue of mine and that’s when I saw this baby from The Body Shop’s new Fuji green tea range. Read on to know more about this product.

My Experience with The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Body Scrub:

This scrub comes in a transparent plastic jar with a screw cap. The jar is lightweight and the cap shuts completely without a chance of product leakage. As the jar is transparent, you can easily notice how much product is remaining. The packaging is travel friendly. However, I would suggest wrapping it in a plastic bag while traveling.

The scrub is mildly scented and thus suits my sensitive nose.  I however could not identify what it smells like. The smell does not linger for long. The consistency of scrub is gel like. It is neither too thick nor too runny, just perfect to use on hot days. However in winters, I would prefer some creamy scrub. It consists of white and green particles which do all the scrubbing.

I find it too mild to scrub away dead skin cells; however, it is perfect for ladies with oily skin and those who do not have much build up.  It does not dry out my skin and I do not need to follow it with lotion, which is a big plus for me. It does not cause any product buildup unlike other regular scrubs. The only downside that I see with this scrub is that the white particles are difficult to wash off and when I am in a hurry, it takes a lot of time and water. I do feel more relaxed and calm while using this scrub, and it works well for me 🙂

• Dry skinned people would like more harsh scrubs.
• The smell does not linger for long.

Yes, I would for hot days, but not for winters.

Yes, if you are someone looking for mild scrubs.
