The Body Shop Indian Night Jasmine Body Butter Review

The Body Shop Indian Night Jasmine Body Butter Review

I have been caught in the black Friday and cyber Monday deals deep in, 😛 despite of having a couple of unused body creams I still ordered more stuff from The Body Shop as they were running awesomely lucrative discounts. It’s been sometime when I have used any The Body Shop product and got lured by all the more varieties available online. The order was shipped fast and I got free shipping and a free gift as well…super excited. This review is of a body butter, from the “Indian Night Jasmine” range.

My Experience with The Body Shop Indian Night Jasmine Body Butter:

I am a very body butter person because I have very dry skin that gets almost flaky in winters. The first time I used body butter I knew what I was missing in life because it’s the only kind of moisturiser that can cater to my needs. When it comes to body care, I am not loyal to any brand for a long time; the moment a product gets my attention I get it!!! But I don’t do that with my facial skin care as I am a little scared to try out new products due to sensitive skin and of course due to the fear of breakouts.

I had ordered quite a few body butters and hand creams from The Body Shop website during the 50% cyber Monday sale along with free shipping (can a women resist an offer like that!).

Now coming to the product, it is very lightweight and gets well absorbed into my skin, it keeps my hands and legs moisturised till the next day. When I was ordering “Night Jasmine,” I was skeptical that it may smell like the Moringa body butter which I had used earlier. Since it was too strong on the smell aspect, but this was a lot different and mild. I would say a more refined version of Morninga. I appreciate The Body Shop for its community fair-trade ingredients and cruelty free stand.

  1. even I was tempted to get this one during cyber monday deal 😛 But even I was skeptical that it might smell like the morninga one, hence skipped. 😛
