My Experience with The Body Shop Strawberry Hand Cream :

As I squeezed a pea-sized amount of the cream on my hand, I smelt a sweet strawberry scent (similar to the body puree). A little amount is enough (as you can see in the picture) and as I have dry hands, it works well for me. The hydration stays for 2-3 hours and the fragrance lingers for a while. It’s an average product for dry-very dry hands but might suit people with normal skin better. The cream gets absorbed quickly and leaves no residue. It doesn’t feel like I’ve applied cream on my hands after a while. It has a non-sticky finish and leaves hands soft and smooth. I’m happy with my purchase but I’m not sure whether or not I will repurchase it.

Flaws of The Body Shop Strawberry Hand Cream :

Not suitable for dry-very dry hands.
Fragrance doesn’t last for long.
Less quantity.

Conclusion :
Sweet strawberries in a pretty tube – this is what the hand cream honestly is. The hydration it provides is good and the staying power of the fragrance is okay. Go for it because it’s economical and smells yummy! I have the vanilla brulee hand cream too and I choose this one over that. . So I think now you know what I mean 🙂

IMBB Rating : 4/5.

TBS strawberry hand creamThe body shop hand creams seem ordinary in terms of performance and this strawberry flavor is no exception. It works fine considering summers around but not great. I notice that the cream moisturize my hands a bit for decent 3-4 hours after that my skin craves for hydration while I could not locate any trace of hand cream on my skin. It won’t treat any type of dryness or xerosis considering its light texture and decent formula which is way mild to heal dry patches or cracked skin of our hands. I love its fragrance and texture on my skin though since I have oily skin prone to sweating and it does not accentuate sweating from my hands but I need more hydration and long term moisture lock mechanism in my hand cream hence this is a skip for me as well. I think it needs a skip from dry skin especially; oily skin beauties might use it in frequent intervals during summers only.- Neetu T Lohani
