Long hours in front of the laptop takes a toll on our skin, especially around the eyes; even if it is not visible initially – the damage is made. I have been very reluctant about using an eye cream, but as I started seeing dark circles slowly appear, I panicked. One brand I can trust completely when it comes to skin care – it’s The Body Shop. And this time, Vitamin E Eyes Cube came to my rescue. Read in detail about the newly-launched gem from The Body Shop.

My Experience with The Body Shop Vitamin E Eyes Cube Refreshing Anti-Fatigue Eye Stick:
Starting with the packaging, can we just take a moment to appreciate how lovely the packaging is? This is one of the cutest stuff in my collection and I am going to keep it even when the product gets over. The chubby little twist=up stick has a cap and also a protective cover. I believe the protective shield is given to keep the moisture intact. The cube is so small and cute that you can easily slip it in your makeup pouch; very much travel friendly.
Coming to the texture of the eye stick, I would say it is a solid cream, which is thick, but does not feel heavy on the skin. I glide the stick in the under-eye area and on the lids sometimes to give it the required pampering. You would not believe unless you try, how cooling and soothing it feels on application.
Surprisingly, there is no menthol in the ingredient list. It feels as if you have stored the cream in the refrigerator for a while. The cooling sensation stays for about a minute or two after which the cream stays on keeping the skin moisturized and hydrated.
Thankfully, I do not have bad dark circles, but yes, some stress was drawing in the fatigue leading to tired and dull-looking eyes. I have been using it for a while and I have definitely noticed my eyes looking brighter and revived. Though the price we pay for this amount of product demands visible results, I would say I am satisfied with how my eyes look, all moisturized and refreshed. I like it so much that I am afraid that this would get used up in jet speed.
Nevertheless, if you are into The Body Shop products, you would know that they are definitely good for the skin. So, if you are looking for something that would dramatically change the way your under eyes look, this is not for you. In my opinion, this is a maintenance product and you have to be patient and proactive if you wish to invest in this baby.
Pros of The Body Shop Vitamin E Eyes Cube Refreshing Anti-Fatigue Eye Stick:
- Cutest packaging.
- Travel friendly.
- Initial cooling sensation.
- Mild smell.
- Cruelty free.
Cons of The Body Shop Vitamin E Eyes Cube Refreshing Anti-Fatigue Eye Stick:
- Will not show immediate dramatic results.
Would I Repurchase The Body Shop Vitamin E Eyes Cube Refreshing Anti-Fatigue Eye Stick?
I will definitely repurchase this as it has become a staple of my skin care routine. I would recommend this as a maintenance product and not for dramatic results. You have to judge before you buy because this is an expensive product.
