Hydrating toner

My Take on The Body Shop Vitamin Hydrating Toner:
I liked this toner from the first time I used it. I have dry skin and I pick up everything with the word hydrating on it. The toner have a very interesting consistency, it seems like oil but when you apply this, it feels so light and takes hardly a second to get absorbed in the skin. The fragrance of the toner is very pleasant but it does not stay for a long time. It is gel like transparent liquid.

I apply it directly on my face with hands and not with cotton or something. I experience a cooling sensation once I apply the toner on my cleansed face and neck, and the toner is alcohol free too, this is actually the best part of it. I think this toner has got all those things or properties that you actually expect from a good toner.
