Today I will be reviewing The Body Shop vitamin E hydrating toner. I have been using this toner for almost 2 weeks now, and I am totally in love with this toner.

A hydrating toner that removes traces of cleanser, dirt and make-up without drying the skin, leaving it feeling soft, supple and refreshed. It leaves a velvety feel on the skin.

How To Use:
Saturate a cotton wool pad and sweep across a cleansed face and neck.

My Take on The Body Shop Vitamin Hydrating Toner:
I liked this toner from the first time I used it. I have dry skin and I pick up everything with the word hydrating on it. The toner have a very interesting consistency, it seems like oil but when you apply this, it feels so light and takes hardly a second to get absorbed in the skin. The fragrance of the toner is very pleasant but it does not stay for a long time. It is gel like transparent liquid.

I apply it directly on my face with hands and not with cotton or something. I experience a cooling sensation once I apply the toner on my cleansed face and neck, and the toner is alcohol free too, this is actually the best part of it. I think this toner has got all those things or properties that you actually expect from a good toner.

It contains wheat germ oil, which is a very good source of vitamin E. This toner contains no added color or dyes, so it is suitable for sensitive skin. The toner leaves the skin feeling hydrated, soft.

  2. rated 5/5 no doubt it must be great toner!!!But i have little doubt or que the list of ingredients so many…are these chemicals good..?

    1. Ushma, Phenoxyethanol is a known irritant and possible carcinogen.

      Inderjeet, I love how you have explained what each ingredients does.

    ” oily-skinned girls, pls stay far far away from this one!!! ”
    no good for acne prone skin either 🙁
