I hope you are all doing well. So, on my recent trip to The Face Shop, I discovered this hand cream, which instantly reminded me of the L’Occitane ones. I’m a fan of both these shops, since anything I have picked up from them has been a hit for me.  I love eating all kinds of berries and anything that infuses berries with it. It could be mixed berries ice cream, juice, desserts etc. As far as skin care products are concerned, this is the first time that I have used one that includes berries’ extract. Without further ado, here is how it fared 🙂

• Complex of the best 3 moisture agent (Vaseline, shea butter, olive oil) keep the skin moist all day long.
• Hyaluronic acid form moisture layer on the skin to prevent skin evaporation.
• Choose hand cream fragrance according to everyday mood and concept.

My Experience with The Face Shop Berry Mix Daily Perfumed Hand Cream:

Like I mentioned earlier, the cream comes in a tube very similar to the L’Occitane ones. The packaging is cute, lavender colored with a brown screw cap on top. Unlike the L’Occitane packaging, this one is made out of soft plastic that gets slightly deformed when pressure is applied to remove the product. The product size makes it a great travel companion.

The cream is white and has a very soft and butter-like texture. It melts into the skin effortlessly, providing extreme moisture instantly. This makes it an apt product for all types of skin, without being too heavy at all. I like using a pea-sized amount for my hands. It smells quite fruity, which lingers in the air only for a while.  You don’t get a whiff of the smell even if you wave your hands around, but if you sniff your hands closely, you will get that smell strongly.

Personally, I love floral smells more than fruity ones, but since I don’t get that smell until I sniff my hands, I don’t get overtly bothered by it. I’m also happy about the ingredient list since it contains Vaseline, Shea Butter and Olive oil, with no parabens. All in all, a great product that delivers result. I’m really happy to pick this one up.

Cons of The Face Shop Berry Mix Daily Perfumed Hand Cream:

• Personally, the fruity smell. Some may like it though.
