My Experience with The Face Shop Moisture Touch Lipstick – CR02 Feel So Coral:
Let’s begin with packaging of the product. The lipstick comes in a dark, gray-colored outer cardboard box. The box has the entire product-related information printed on it. The shade name and shade number is written on a color-coded sticker on the top of the box.
The cap of the lipstick is also gray in color and has a color-coded top, which helps to spot the shade easily from your makeup stash. The cap closes nicely making an audible click sound and that makes the lipstick travel friendly. The twist-up mechanism of the lipstick works pretty smoothly. Overall, the packaging has no flaws, it is nice and travel friendly.
“Feel So Coral” is a gorgeous warm-toned pinkish coral color. The brand’s logo TFS is embossed on the lipstick bullet. The shade is subtle and apt for everyday use. Being a coral lover, I absolutely love this shade. It will suit fair to medium skin tones nicely. It is a gorgeous everyday shade and I love sporting this on my lips to college often. This shade looks different on different skin tones. The lipstick does not contain any chunky shimmer. It sets to a beautiful satiny finish.
The pigmentation of the lipstick is average and buildable. It gives sheer color in a single swipe, but an opaque finish can be achieved easily with two-three swipes. I have mildly pigmented lips and this lipstick perfectly covers all pigmentation, imparting a perfect pop of color to the lips. The lipstick has a very faint fragrance that is totally not bothersome.
The texture of the lipstick is smooth and creamy. It glides like a dream on my lips without causing any tugging or pulling. The texture is lightweight and feels comfortable on the lips. It does not feel heavy even upon layering. I really love the texture and finish of this lip color. It does not cling to the dry patches of the lips and application looks even. lips. It has good moisturizing and hydrating properties.
My lips never feel dry with this lipstick on my lips even if I skip my lip balm. It keeps my lips nourished for long. It keeps my lips hydrated after a full meal and even when the color fades away. It plumps up the lips nicely giving them a fuller appearance. “Feel So Coral” has a tendency to transfer due to its creamy formula, but it does not transfer heavily, so it is not actually a con.
The lasting power of the lipstick is good. It easily lasts for 4-5 hours approximately on my lips with regular sipping of water. There is no feathering of the lipstick. It does not survive any meals and fades away evenly leaving a light pink tint behind. Removing the lipstick is very easy. It never stains the lips and comes off nicely with a wet wipe.
