Today I am reviewing a product from the brand I love the most. I am just head over heels with all The Face Shop products. In case you don’t know, The Face Shop was first available at Sephora. So, I bought a few skincare and makeup products but then they left India. Now these products are easily available at Sephora and online, too. I have used this cleanser earlier as well because my roommate was from Korea and I’d keep trying her skin care products. So without further rambling, let’s get into the review.

Product Description:
Rice Water Rice Bran All-in-one cleanser (exfoliating care + facial cleanser + makeup remover) is a mild cleanser that removes make-up and delivers exfoliating to the skin without having to go through double cleansing.
Main ingredients:
1. Rice Water
uses Yeoju rice that has received an organic certification mark
Sun:Yeoju is located in the center of Korea on a high mountain where the sun shines down all day with big temperature difference between day and night that produces good quality rice with lots of sugar and starch
Water:In the Phal-Dang Water Source Protection Area the Namhan river flows. It provides large quantities of water that is clear and clean
Soil: Surrounded by Taebaek mountain, Charyeong mountain, Gwangju mountain making it rich in organic substances
2. Rice Bran (byproduct of milling in the production of refined grains.)
Contains 29% of the nutrients in rice (5~10% in white rice)
Contains vitamins, amino acids, fatty acids that are good for immune system and prevents illnesses
Contains various antioxidant ingredients. In particular tocotrienol that has excellent anti-aging effects
How to Use:
Take an appropriate amount on clean hands and softly massage on dry face.
Take some water and work up a lather and cleanse the face with circular motions.
Wash off thoroughly with lukewarm water and finish off with cold water.
Packaging:
The packaging of all The Face Shop products is basic but cute. This one comes packaged in a plastic bottle with a pump dispenser to it.
Texture:
The texture is super soft and milk-like. It also has coloured granules which are super soft and can’t hurt the skin by any means. I love the smooth texture of this one, which makes the product gentle enough for everyday use.
My Experience with The Face Shop Rice Water Bright Rice Bran All in One Cleanser:
The first thing which made me fall for this product is definitely its texture. It’s just so gentle on the skin that it leaves my skin super soft and smooth. Also, it leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean and fresh. It’s almost as if my skin gets a new life each time I use this cleanser.
I use it twice a week to completely cleanse my skin and providing it with a boost of hydration. I love the brightening effect it imparts on my skin. Maybe because of the ingredients present in it, which is mainly rice.
Also, it’s a mild exfoliant, like super mild, which you can use daily to take off your makeup as well. I would highly suggest you all to buy it and use it to see results yourself. The Face Shop has amazing products which are nominally priced. All of their products work wonders for the skin. So yes, go ahead!
