It’s rainy weather here in Hyderabad, cloudy and slightly cool. Rainy season is a reason for cravings for us all!!! So it’s hot pakodas with mint chutney and ginger tea, old Rafi songs…and warm heavenly fragrances for me 😀 Today I will be reviewing an oh-so-awesome body wash from Nature’s Co’s Earth borne range- the Sandalwood Body wash.

Get a bath treat with the unique, woody aroma of Sandalwood. It purifies and hydrates ageing, dry or flaky skin and its astringent action balances oily skin conditions. It’s even recommended for calming and relaxing the body and mind. This heavenly cleansing body wash lathers up in the bath or shower.

My experience with the Nature’s Co. Sandalwood Body wash:

Being a bath and body care junkie, I am always on the lookout for products with great fragrances. When I stumbled upon this body wash from Nature’s Co. at a friend’s place, I was totally hooked! So I did what I had to, I bought this beauty, with my heart full of happiness and pockets lighter 😉 Back to the review now, this body wash from nature’s Co belongs to their celebrated Earth borne range. According to the brand, this range is an embodiment of the earth and all the nurturing properties that are found in its soil, minerals and mud. I couldn’t agree more. The sandalwood body wash has a completely amazing fragrance. It is like true sandalwood…not the artificial chemical like fragrance. It smells a bit light the Forest Essentials Sandalwood Night cream…only softer.

The body wash has a runny gel like consistency .It is really easy to overuse it, so one has to be careful only to put the required amount. This body wash lathers up beautifully! It has a soft generous lather that makes up for a lovely fragrant experience.

Now I have combination skin on my face, but year and years of neglect has made my hands and skin really dry *waaa* . Now this body wash is specifically for dry skinned people. It says it is for dry-flaky skin. And here is where I feel, it is not up to the mark. I feel that this does not make my dry skin more dry…but I do feel the need to moisturize after using it. So its claim for flaky skin is not that justified. Coming to its packaging. This body wash has a unique square bottle. The packaging is nice, clean and sturdy. It has a flip open cap, which is convenient to use and though the bottle is too large to carry for travel, it wouldn’t leak.
All in all it’s a nice warm smelling body wash that is gentle on skin and cruelty free.

Final Verdict: I absolutely looove this body wash from The Nature’s Co. I will definitely repurchase this one and strongly recommend it to you lovely ladies.
