Tips and Toes Dual Blush in Pink Lady Review
Hi Girls!
This time I am going to review another blush from Tips and Toes. Remember the pale pink blush I was talking about in my last blush review (Tips and Toes Dual Blush “Autumn”)? It is this one which I had got for my sister on her wedding. Read on for the detailed review.
Price:
Had got it for Rs. 275 then. It has increased to Rs. 295 now for 4.5 gm.
Packaging:
This one is from the earlier range probably, as unlike “Autumn,” it does not have “dual blush” written in cursive hand. The palette is shiny silver and can serve as a mirror too, though it has got a very good mirror inside. The brush is not as soft as the one from the “Autumn” shade.
Pigmentation and Staying Power:
This is where the blush totally fails! The pink is an extremely light pink which would show only on very fair skin types. Even yellowish-fair ones would not be able to carry this. It gives a light dewy look to my sister and does not show AT ALL on my face! Staying power is about 3 hours on her.
The highlighter is again a whitish pink shade which is very much like the other shade! The finish is matte. There are slight shimmers that do not show on the cheeks. The blush is not powdery and that is the only thing I like about it.
I tried on the blush and swiped it SEVEN times on my cheeks! Still it didn’t show. See the FOTD, there is no trace of color!
Pros of Tips and Toes Dual Blush in Pink Lady:
- Not chalky or powdery.
- Did not break me out even though I lathered on many layers.
- No strong fragrance.
Cons of Tips and Toes Dual Blush in Pink Lady:
- Not suitable for Indian complexions, except the very fair ones.
- Staying power is poor.
- Does not give even a glow on the face.

So, this is it! I am not at all fond of this blush though I am craaaaaazy about the “Autumn” one.

i think coz ur skin tone is a bit yellow hence it may hv nt shown up… this blush may show up on light skin tones i guess … i think considering that its nt that pigmented i wud nt buy it fr that price…. good review 🙂
