Hi Everyone, 🙂
Finally got around to doing my first makeup look for the year and what better than using a deep royal blue on the eyes. 🙂 I am not sure what new makeup looks I want to do this year. I want to go with the flow learning and experimenting as I go ahead. But I want to play with a lot of color this year for sure. I am in that phase where suddenly I have forgotten how to dress up or how to do change up things with my makeup. I am starting as a blank canvas taking memories from the past year and stepping ahead. Hope you like it. 🙂
Eye Makeup Steps : I used eyeshadow primer on the lids and then some powder to smoothen out the lid area. Then I used a shimmery taupe color in the crease and the intensified the crease with a mix of dark chocolatey brown and black colors. Then on a flat wet brush I picked up a royal blue eyeshadow and patted it on the lid leaving quite a lot of space for the inner corner. I repeated the step 2-3 times until i got a super intense blue on my lids. I used 2 highlights for the inner corner. A yellowish gold on the inside and a champagne white on the the very inner corner. For lower lid I used a mix of medium brown and shimmery taupe. Finished off the looks a with a winged gel liner and lots of mascara.
Kept rest of the makeup soft and neutral to highlight the eyes.
