My Experience with Tom Ford No Vacancy Patent Finish Lip Color:

This lip color looks like a click pen, a sleek tube with a click bottom to dispense the lip product on to a sponge tip applicator.

I find that the click bottom can be temperamental sometimes and it takes just a couple of clicks to get the product on to the applicator, but at times, I keep on clicking and nothing comes out until suddenly – bam! What should I do with this much of product :/ The applicator is slanted which makes the application precise.

“No Vacancy” is beautiful tomato red color. The patent lip colors are stunning! The color is amazingly intense, and even with a single coat, it stays on and on, even after eating and drinking. Even after wearing off, it stains the lips and you will have bright red lips for hours. As far as the longevity goes, it lasts for around 7 to 8 hours.

It’s a hybrid of gloss and lip stain. It’s the most pigmented glossy formula I have ever used! It has a thick gel-like texture which glides on the lips like butter. I am obsessed with these, I want to own every shade. It’s like totally a new favourite lip product of mine. It does not feel sticky on the lips and is super comfortable to wear.

  1. Now I normally don’t care for glossy lippies but that is one kickass red – would you say it suits all skin tones? I also love the name No Vacancy 🙂 Amazing that it lasts so long Bhawna. Did you use a lipliner?
