Do you like cats? I just loveeee cats. I spend most of my time on internet to watch cat videos. I start with watching world news and I don’t even remember how I end up with a “Cat playing with a Toilet Paper” video 😛 😛 Though today’s review is not about cats, it is related to all cat lovers. It is Tony Moly Cats Wink Clear Pact.
A mild pact that gives long lasting clear and bright complexion.
Rs. 550, for approximately 11 gm.
I could not find ingredients anywhere on the case, but it was written on the cover that it is free from parabens, mineral oil, ethanol, benzophenone and tar coloring.
My Experience with Tony Moly Cats Wink Clear Pact:
A few days ago my cousin went to Hong Kong on his usual business trip. While he was there, he sent me a picture of this product. I immediately replied, “I don’t care what it is! How much it is! I want that in my hands!” Now here it is, cutely sitting on my dressing table.
Tony Moly Cats Wink Clear Pact is a translucent compact powder. There are two shades available in this compact powder – Clear Skin and Clear Beige. The one I got is in “Clear Skin” shade. Coming to the packaging, this is the most awwwwest package product I have ever owned. It comes in a cat face shaped baby pink color plastic case. You have to push the button on the front side of the box to open the case. There is a round mirror inside which can be used for touch ups. Also, there is a cat’s paw print on the compact powder.
There is also a round sponge applicator in the case. I haven’t used any high-end brand compact powder till now, but this is the best sponge applicator I have ever owned. Seriously, it is sooooo smooth and it feels like velvet and fluffy when you put that sponge on your face. Sadly, that sponge is eating all the powder. So, I am using a compact powder brush to apply. Thankfully, there is no fragrance to the powder. As it is a translucent powder, it does not provide any coverage, so you have to use a concealer to cover the dark spots. But it gives a good glow to the face and settles with semi matte finish.
This clear skin shade is a bit light for my skin tone, but this powder will not make you look like a ghost. I can’t comment much about the oil-control properties of this clear pact as the only part that produces sebum on my face is my nose and there is no change in the sebum secretion of my nose when I wore this pact, so you need to do your regular blotting if you have oily skin.
In the picture, you can see, I put three dots on my hand of different sizes and applied the clear pact on my hand. The powder did not cover any spots but gave a nice glow. Overall, it is an ample compact powder for everyday use that makes your skin bright and smooth.
