My Experience with Too Faced Sweethearts Something About Berry Perfect Flush Blush:

Packaging:  Seems like “Too Faced” is obsessed with girly heart packaging for blushes, not that I am complaining! I have the Too Faced Love Flush blushes which also come in cute-heart shape packaging. This blush comes in a cardboard heart with a trio of color inside. It would look beautiful on your vanity or to give as a gift.  It’s not too bulky or heavy, but it is a bit big in size, hence I would not consider this travel friendly.

Texture:  This blush is smooth and easy to use. The shimmer is fine, does not feel gritty. It gives a nice glow to the cheeks and the shimmers are detectable only in direct sunlight. It performs the function of both a blush and highlight and gives you a luminous, healthy, and youthful look to the face. It does not kick any powder when you dip your brush in.

Shade and Pigmentation:  The 3 shades in this “Something About Berry” version are shimmery mauve pink/ golden peach/shimmery magenta pink. When mixed together, it gives a beautiful bright pink appearance on the skin. These are a good mix of golden and silver shimmer particles. This shade shows up with good intensity on the skin and instantly brightens up the complexion. It is very pink hence you can easily go overboard with this and it can give you clown cheeks, a light dusting is all you need.

Staying Power:  The staying power is very good. It stays on my skin for 6 hours before starting to fade. The shimmer particles do not travel all over the face and it does not cling to dry patches or accented pores or fine lines.

 

Fragrance:  I do not detect any strong scent.

Overall, this is a very nice product. If you are fan of glowing cheeks, you will absolutely love it. It looks so natural on the skin and the color is absolutely beautiful. I love the heart packaging and also the fact that this product is cruelty free. I will recommend this for yourself or to gift to your loved one.

In the FOTD pic, I have used this blush and topped with the shimmer highlight from the Lorac pro contour kit. I was going for a extra glow-y look that day.
