My Take on Touch Beauty Heated Eyelash Curler:

The device is really light and small. It will fit into the palm of your hands. It’s easy to use and will fit most eye shapes. The silicon pad seems quite sturdy and is not likely to tear soon. It does a good job of curling eyelashes and can be used even without the heat, though I’m not sure how effective it would be that way.  It is really very affordable and available with free shipping from buyincoins.com. I am not very sure how long the device would last though. Here are some before and after pictures.

Pros of Touch Beauty Heated Eyelash Curler:

  • Costs peanuts, $1.54 (around Rs. 75) is cheap even for a mechanical eyelash curler, leave alone a heated one.
  • Works well and curls lashes.
  • Never heats up to the extent that you can burn your eyes.
  • Easy to use.
  • Can be used without heat by just keeping the switch off.

Cons of Touch Beauty Heated Eyelash Curler:

  • The silicon pad is not really red to begin with. It is colorless with a red tinge.
  • Seems like a cheap make, don’t know for how long it will last, but it’s very cheap, so it won’t be a huge loss.
  • Requires batteries.

Rating:

3/5.

Conclusion:

A heated eyelash curler is not a necessity. If you find that you can curl your lashes well using a regular one, then go ahead and skip this. I would recommend this mainly to people who have very straight, difficult to curl lashes. If you find that your lashes don’t curl easily and when they do, the curl doesn’t last as long as you’d like, then you could try this as an alternative to heating your metal curler with a blow dryer. It is safer and there’s less chance of burning yourself.
